Fashion Fair Cosmetics: named Amy S. Hilliard as its new president. Fashion Fair is a division of Johnson Publishing. Hilliard will report to Johnson Publishing CEO Desiree Rogers and will be responsible for leading the cosmetics company’s operations, including marketing, sales, operations and retail partnerships. She replaces Clarisa Wilson, who left Fashion Fair last summer to take a job with a hair care company.
Prior to joining Fashion Fair, Hilliard was CEO, president and founder of the ComfortCake Company and the Hilliard Group. Hilliard also served in leadership roles at L’Oréal for the Soft Sheen Products division, Burrell Communications Group, the Pillsbury Co. and the Gillette Co.
A Detroit native, Hilliard has an MBA from Harvard Business School and a bachelor’s degree from Howard University.
