H2O Plus has signed a long-term lease for new corporate headquarters in the San Francisco Financial District. The company will take 10,000 square feet of space on the top floor of the historic 111 Sutter Street building. H2O Plus anticipates that about 50 employees will be located at its new headquarters once fully occupied by the beginning of November. By relocating to the West Coast from Chicago, H2O Plus says it will gain greater access to key business markets in Asia.
“San Francisco is a perfect home for H2O Plus as we refocus our company’s brand and mission,” said CEO Joy Chen. “The changing beauty and skin-care marketplace offers new challenges that we are excited to take on from our new West Coast home.”
The signing of the lease follows an announcement earlier this year that H2O Plus would be shifting its business model from a manufacturing company to one that focuses on the marketing and sales of H2O Plus products around the world.
