The 36th annual FDA Cosmetics Regulations Workshop will be held on May 18, from 8am to 5pm, at the 3 West Club in New York.
In 1983, ICMAD was chosen by the Food and Drug Administration (FDA) to create an FDA Cosmetic Regulations Workshop due to its focus on small and-mid-sized cosmetic entrepreneurial companies. Government officials and industry experts offered information to help beauty companies comply with regulations. The all-day meeting provides an excellent mix of presentations and panel discussions on topics of concern and importance to the manufacturers and marketers of cosmetics and over-the-counter (OTC) drugs. Panel discussions led by expert speakers focus on the latest issues in the cosmetic and personal care products industry such as updates on US FDA activities, changes in over-the-counter drugs regulations, FDA warning letters and consumer class actions, FTC, NAD and more.
