Innisfree, Amorepacific’s nature-friendly brand inspired by Jeju Island, has opened new websites to ensure better digital communication with its global customers. In addition to Korea and China, innisfree launched local brand websites in five countries where innisfree has market presence including: Hong Kong (Cantonese), Taiwan (Traditional Chinese) and Singapore/Malaysia/India (English).
The new websites are built to be mobile-friendly – fit for the global digital environment, according to the company.
Customers can use the new brand websites to access information on products, shop locations, promotional events, brand news and the brand’s eco-friendly campaigns. Signing up for the site membership will allow customers to share product reviews with others, receive newsletters and view their purchase history and membership reward points. The membership services are operated separately in each country.
In celebration of the global launch, innisfree is running a promotional event that offers reward points to existing offline members who sign up for online membership. Customers who sign up for the new sites will be selected randomly to be given free gifts.
