Cult fashion label Staud is launching its first range of small leather goods, beginning with a hand sanitizer case, done in collaboration with Noshinku, available Nov. 5, 2020.
“These days, hand sanitizer has become a necessary addition to your handbag - it’s something you can’t leave your house without,” said Sarah Staudinger, Staud’s co-founder. “I had already considered making small leather goods, and then coincidentally discovered Noshinku hand sanitizer, which came in the perfect size and scent. I wanted to create a small, classic leather case that could attach to the outside (or inside) of your handbag.”
The leather cases, made to fit a single Noshinku sanitizer spray, are also made from the same 100% natural cowhide leather as Staud’s most iconic handbags. In colors ranging from black, tan, saddle and geranium (pink), each case has a tiny strap with gold-tone lobster clasp hardware, making it easy to attach - and easy to match - to any handbag.
Aerie Hefter, co-founder and CMO of Nohsinku added, “When like-minded brands converge, magic happens. That’s why we’re excited to collaborate with a cultural icon like Staud, with whom we share a dedication to detail and style that is anything but cookie-cutter. Staud has always created products that transcend the typical, making them the perfect partner to design a custom holder for Noshinku’s pocket sprayers.”
The Staud x Noshinku case and sanitizer will be available on both Staud.Clothing and Noshinku.com for $50.
