With the coming of 2024, Bubble Skincare has another reason to break out the bubbly.
The community-led beauty upstart has announced a partnership with Boots UK – marking another retail expansion for the three-year-old indie.
The brand debuted at the new beauty-only Boots at Battersea Power Station and on Boots.com on Dec. 6 and will roll out into over 200 Boots stores nationwide from January 2024.
“When deciding on a partner, Boots was a natural choice given our shared mission and core values of accessibility and high-quality products,” said Bubble CEO and Founder Shai Eisenman. “We are excited to bring the brand to our UK community's favorite beauty destination and continue to expand.”
Boots will carry 12 of Bubble’s products that were formulated by the brand’s all-female team of in-house chemists, in-store and online. The Boots assortment includes: Bounce Back Balancing Toner Mist; Cloud Surf Water Cream Moisturizer; Come Clean Detoxifying Clay Mask; Day Dream Vitamin C + Niacinamide Tone and Texture Serum; Deep Dive AHA+PHA Exfoliating Mask; Float On Soothing Facial Oil; Fresh Start Gel Cleanser; Level Up Balancing Gel Moisturizer; Morning Rays Brightening Eye Cream; Over Night Hydrating Sleep Mask; Slam Dunk Hydrating Cream Moisturizer; and Super Clear Blemish Prevention Serum.
Ambassador Program
Bubble burst onto the scene in November 2020 with input from a community of more than 10,000 consumers and celebrities – a number of them Gen Z-aged – who voiced what they wanted in products. Bubble’s plant-based, science-backed formulas address a number of skin concerns in young people from acne to sun protection and dryness, housed in fun, vibrant packaging at an affordable price.
The brand’s ambassador program comprises over 14,000 ambassadors from ages 12 to 60, including over 2,000 members in the UK. While 82% of ambassadors polled said they prefer to make their purchases in-store, the brand continues to leverage social media platforms, namely, TikTok to inspire purchases. In the past three years, Bubble has bubbled over in popularity, expanding to thousands of US brick-and-mortar stores and reaching nearly 1.6 million TikTok followers.
