Atlantic Coast Media Group (ACMG), the company behind Hydroxatone, has acquired Sarah McNamara’s Miracle Skin Transformer. Miracle Skin Transformer joins the beauty giant’s established brands which also includes Keranique, Luminique and DNA.
Sarah McNamara will operate as a new division at ACMG that will house the Miracle Skin Transformer line, launching into Sephora next month.
“We are elated to join ACMG,” said Sarah McNamara, founder of Miracle Skin Transformer, who continues in her role as president of Sarah McNamara Beauty New York, “With their powerful media engine plus our revolutionary products, this is a strategic partnership that will position ACMG as a major global player.”
ACMG co-founder/CEOs Thomas Shipley and Andrew Surwilo are enthusiastic about the road ahead.
“What Sarah McNamara has been able to accomplish with Miracle Skin Transformer over the last 18 months is remarkable,” said Surwilo, “Our goal is to maintain the brand’s distinctiveness and augment its reach with our unique distribution model and national media campaigns.”
ACMG is one of the largest television and radio advertisers in the US with annual revenue of $200 million.Its flagship skincare brand, Hydroxatone, launched in Macy’s stores earlier this month.
