Vantage welcomed Dr. Manasi Chavan as personal care global innovation director. In this leadership position, Dr. Chavan will help to drive connectivity and innovation across our global personal care technical teams.
She started her career as a post-doctoral researcher and then a research assistant professor at Stony Brook University. After teaching for a few years, Dr. Chavan moved into industry with BASF Corporation and worked in various leadership roles at in R&D, Technical Service, and Marketing in the areas of Actives, Personal Care Technologies and Face Care Technologies.
