P&G Ventures—the startup studio within Procter & Gamble—will be back at CES 2020 to again showcase the Opte Precision Skincare System, a personalized handheld inkjet printer to instantly make the appearance of skin's hyperpigmentation disappear and fade spots over time. Unveiled last year at this annual consumer electronics mega-show, Opte set to go to market in Summer 2020.
The device scans, detects and corrects hyperpigmentation with precision application. (You can see Opté in action here.)
P&G Ventures contends it has made some upgrades to this device, including lowering the price and speeding up its ability to skin images faster.
Happi will be on site at CES next week (check our social media feeds) and will provide a full report on Opte, and other beauty, personal care and home care technology showcased in Las Vegas, in our February issue.
