Procedure< /strong> | Phase A-Add Phase A to main vessel with shear mixing. Q.S. citric acid solution to desired pH between 4.50 to 5.00. Phase B-Add Phase B to Phase A in formula order under continued shear mixing. Phase C-Add Phase C to main vessel with high shear mixing. Batch will thicken. Once dispersed, homogenize (3200 rpm at 1 min./1 kg.) to increase uniformity. Transfer to final container. |
